These Terms govern all services and products offered by PraeCeps Ltd through www.praeceps.ch and associated platforms. By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

PraeCeps provides:
Executive advisory and consulting
Fractional C-suite leadership mandates
Online courses and digital learning programmes
Books and publications
The specific scope of work is defined in the respective offer, order confirmation, or written agreement.
3. Contract Formation
For digital products and books sold via CopeCart or Affilicon, the contract is concluded upon successful completion of the purchase process.
For consulting and advisory services, the contract is concluded upon written confirmation or signed agreement.
4. Fees and Payment
Payments may be processed through CopeCart, Affilicon, or via manual invoice.
Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated. PraeCeps reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
5. No Refund Policy
All purchases of digital products, courses, and consulting services are binding.
Due to the nature of intellectual property and advisory services, refunds are not provided unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content provided by PraeCeps remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Responsibility and Disclaimer
PraeCeps provides strategic guidance and advisory support. Business decisions and implementation remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
We do not guarantee specific financial or operational outcomes.
8. Liability
PraeCeps shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of PraeCeps Ltd.
